Holby City actor David Ames, who plays registrar general surgeon Dominic Copeland, is shortlisted for Actor of the year award at this years Diversity in Media Awards.
David has portrayed Dominic from 2013 in the medical drama, and has be involved in a range of different storylines including domestic abuse, relationship with Lofty Chiltern
and his most recent Hepatitis C.
Voting closes Sunday 12th July 2018 at 23:59, the winners will be announced along with the highly commended as chosen by the judges at the awards ceremony on Friday 21st September 2018 in London.
