Casualty releases new Summer trailer

The BBC released a new trailer tonight (June 13) giving viewers a insight as to what to expect this summer on Casualty.

The trailer showed the arrival of new paramedic Ruby played by Maddy Hill. We also see that Alicia finally opens up about being raped by Eddie to Bea. Connie's new trauma unit in the ED is opened and an unlikely friendship with Elle.
