Former Waterloo Road star Rebecca Ryan, is due to make a guest appearance in Casualty playing paramedic Iain Dean's sister Gemma.
Even though it has not been announced by the BBC, their Winter trailer that was released straight after last night's (December 10) episode, it featured Rebecca, where it announced the name of her character and who she was related to.
You can catch Rebecca portraying Gemma in Casualty from early 2017.
