Ex-EastEnders star Anna Action who played DC Emma Summerhayes has joined the cast of Casualty.
She took to Twitter yesterday (July 14) - "Super excited to start filming #Casualty this week!" but Anna didn't say how long for or whether it is a regular character or guest.
We can confirm that Anna's appearance in Casualty is only a guest role according to her agent. The BBC have not confirmed about how long her guest role is or even when but they do film 4-5 months in advance so we should see her on screens in late 2015/early 2016 for Series 30.
