Today (May 27) the BBC released a new Summer trailer for Casualty.
The new trailer showed, Caleb Knight's funeral take place, as well as Ethan finding out that Scott Ellison was the person who killed his brother.
Meanwhile, in the action-packed trailer, we can see Iain and Lily get closer together.
The trailer also reveals, that Connie gets close to her daughter Grace, and with her daughters father Sam. Is there a possible romance coming our way?
