Today (March 3) the BBC released a new Spring trailer for Casualty.
The new trailer showed, the return of patient Sally Hodges (Pam St Clement), where she accidentally causes a fire.
Meanwhile, in the action-packed trailer, we can see Gem looking shocked while staring towards a lifeless Lily in a car park. Iain subsequently rushes to help her, while her slumped body lies motionless and blood pours from her nose. Could this be the end of Lily?
The trailer also reveals, David having what looks like some sort of breakdown and a crossover from Holby City's Chizzy Akudolu as Mo Effanga.
