Casualty's series producer Erika Hossington leaves her role

Casualty's series producer Erika Hossington leaves her role, being replaced by Lucy Raffety.

Hossington who joined the medical drama Casualty in 2012 as a producer, before returning in 2014 as the new series producer.

During Erika's time as series producer, we have seen the arrival of David Hide (Jason Durr), Elle Gardner (Jaye Griffiths), Jez Andrews (Lloyd Everitt), Connie Beauchamp (Amanda Mealing), Alicia Munroe (Chelsea Halfpenny), Caleb Knight (Richard Winsor), Ethan Hardy (George Rainsford) and Jacob Masters (Charles Venn). 

We've also seen the return of Dylan Keogh (William Beck), Lisa Duffin (Cathy Shipton) and Sam Nicholls (Charlotte Salt).
