Amanda Mealing to direct an episode

Amanda Mealing who portrays Lead Consultant Connie Beauchamp in the BBC One medical drama Casualty is set to direct an episode in the next series.

Amanda will be directing episode 10 of series 31 called ‘Night of the Loving Dead’ which will air later this year.

Amanda took to Twitter saying "Day one! And so it begins. Xx".
