The BBC released a new Autumn trailer this week (September 5) for Holby City.
The new trailer shows, some big moments for Raf as his brother Giuseppe returns as a patient on AAU, Raf also proposes to Essie.
We also see a lot of drama at Oliver's and Zosia's wedding, as Guy breaks down, does he ruin her day?
The trailer also features Donna slipping over, Fletch stepping down from his new role, tension between Nina and Matteo about their son and many more exciting stories.
