Heather Peace best known for her portrayal of Nikki Boston in BBC One's school drama Waterloo Road, is set to join the cast of Holby City as a guest character called Alex Dawson.
Peace also features in the Holby City spring trailer which was released on March 1. Alex Dawson is an old army colleague and friend of Bernie's (Jemma Redgrave).
Heather is only in one episode, which airs on the 19th April playing Alex.
