Background:

Bonnie arrived at Holby City as an agency nurse, she is an old friend of fellow nurse Jonny Maconie. Bonnie later returned and become a regular staff nurse at Holby.

Jonny and Bonnie grew closer and started planning their wedding, but on the big day Bonnie gets knocked down by a lorry and dies.
