Background:

Nathan comes from a banking background and is new to the NHS. He thinks Harry's a bit of a dinosaur and is dismissive of his lack of business acumen. Nathan's an excellent manager in terms of systems and spreadsheets but he lacks empathy. He knows his ambitions rely on results and he's very focused on making things happen.
