Background:

Josh is an Ambulance Controller who worked for the Holby Ambulance Service from 1989 to 2007. He first started working as a paramedic in 1986. Josh became the operational duty manager in 2003 until her retired in 2007.

After Josh left the Ambulance service, he has made several comebacks to Holby ED as from 2016.
